FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: What is the currency used for your products?
A: All prices shown are in Canadian Dollars.

Q: Do you ship outside Canada?
A: Yes I ship worldwide.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: All orders are packaged and posted by myself and are generally completed in bulk once a week then sent from Stettler, Alberta via Canada Post - Regular Parcel Post. If you require additional tracking please contact me for rates.

Within Alberta 2-7 Days
Within Canada 7-14 Days
Worldwide 7-14 Days

- Please note that depending on the postal service and holidays within the destination country- these times may vary slightly.

Q: I live in Stettler, AB and I am able to pick up my order- do I still have to pay for shipping?
A: No you do not have to pay for shipping.

- If you live in Stettler, AB and would like to arrange local pick up please feel free to skip the online process and contact me via email at [email protected] with details of what you would like to purchase and we will arrange the pickup and payment details from there.


Q: Do you take refunds?
A: I do not offer refunds unless a print is damaged during shipment.

-If the print is damaged I ask that you contact me immediately upon receiving your order and return it for a replacement.
-If artwork is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failure to collect within a certain time frame- I am able to resend however it will be at buyer’s own cost.

Q: Do you take private commissions?
A: Unfortunately due to time constraints, I very rarely take on personal requests.

- If you have a serious inquiry feel free to email a high quality reference photo of what you would like as well as any other details that you can provide (size, due date etc.). I will be happy to let you know if I am able to take on your commission at that time and will provide you with a quote.
